Today I was persuaded by a friend to head into Decatur for a yummy treat. When I walked inside of SnoBall Cafe I was greeted by a small woman with a big voice and an even bigger personality–Victoria Sanders. She immediately made me feel like family as she described what the SnoBall Cafe had to offer! The SnoBall Cafe was remixing and putting a N’awlins (New Orleans) twist on a few classics!
There was a New Orleans Snoball with an ice cream center, coffee and hot chocolate floats and gourmet flavored popcorn. I got the hot Cafe Du Monde served with a scoop of pumpkin ice cream and an Island Paradise flavor New Orleans Snoball. They were both delicious!
The ice cream in the Snoball reminded me of a creamsicle but with a ton more flavor! Are you looking for some beignet mix? What about some New Orleans seasonings? Victoria’s got them! Also, she told me that starting on Monday she will be serving up some ‘Slap Ya Momma’ Red Beans & Rice every Monday as well as some ‘Punch Yo Daddy’ Turkey Chilli on Wednesdays. I am super excited about the chilli!
