Shonda Rhimes hugely successful show Scandalreturns on September 27 and ABC released a much anticipated trailer for season 2! Want to know who will be joining the Kerry Washington and her team- Elise Neal. Not sure how I feel about her on this show yet, but I can guarantee I will be front and center!
