Eating healthy can be a major pain in the buttocks, but it’s something that I am striving to do. I love asparagus and shrimp so combining these two together is a no brainer. All you need is your favorite light sauce or seasoning for your shrimp and some asparagus. Seasoning my shrimp can vary from just Old Bay to Lemon Pepper or even a creamy italian dressing. As long as you keep the sauce and seasoning light, this will be a quick and easy meal to enjoy. How do you season your shrimp?
Grilled Shrimp & Asparagus
1. Toss 8 oz peeled shrimp with 2 Tbsp sweet Asian chili sauce and 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice (or again simply use the seasoning or sauce you prefer)
2. Grill 8 oz asparagus, turning, until tender, 7 min. Grill shrimp, turning once, 2 to 3 min.
3. Serves 4.
