If you love a singoff the way that I do, then I believe we have a new film coming in October, called Pitch Perfect. Pitch Perfect, based on the novel by Mickey Rapkin, centers around a collegiate A Cappella group. The movie’s focus is on the self alienating Beca, a college freshman who is forced into joining the schools A Cappella team.Beca, a freshman at Barton University, is cajoled into joining The Bellas, her school’s all-girls singing group. Injecting some much needed energy into their repertoire, The Bellas take on their male rivals in a campus competition.
