Niecy Nash and Cedric the Entertainer are set to star in TV Land‘s newest comedy, “The Soul Man.” The two are portraying the comedic lives a Pastor and First Lady. Ceddy is a wig – wearing R& B singer – turned preacher named Boyce “The Voice” Ballentine. His fiesty wife, Lolli, played by Niecy Nash happens to find her man irresistible. Funny, right? Cedric has what my friends and I call “laughing stock.” All he has to do is show up and we are ready to laugh, just because it’s him (Just like Kevin Hart- but, that’s another story)
