Some people say one day at a time,.. I like to focus on one meal at a time. Last night I was able to pull together a healthy meal, and it was actually pretty good. Baked salmon, roasted brussel sprouts, and sauteed veggies- kale, bell peppers, mushrooms and red onions. I hope that you’re proud of me and my efforts. Someone told me to eat healthy and everything else will fall into place.
