
Join our Weight Loss Challenge:
There is no particular method that you are encouraged to lose weight, just make it a healthy method and get your Doctor’s Approval. The Weight Loss Challenge will begin on January 2, 2012 and end on April 2, 2012.
The rules:
1. Each participant will send a current picture on the day of each monthly weigh in as well as provide pounds lost (within 24hrs. please to qualify for prizes)
2. Participants will need to weigh at a location that will provide a print out, such as GNC Stores
3. Participants will need to commit to exercise at least 3 times a week
4. Drink plenty of water
***Take advantage of some of the free online tools and apps to track weight loss and exercise, such as:
Spark People, Lose It, My Fitness Pal, Cardio Trainer, etc…

Once you have signed up, you will receive information about various tools to assist you in your weight loss journey and a calendar of weigh- ins and suggested group activities. Weight loss should be the result of healthier eating and exercise habits. So if you are choosing to join the program, please participate in a healthier and fair manner.
