A few Saturdays ago I and a few other bloggers were invited out by Enchanted Closet organizer, Bonita Johnson to speak with her girls about the Business of Blogging. It was formatted as a panel discussion with each of us sharing our background stories, how we got into blogging and all that comes with it- the good, the bad and the ugly. Bonita wanted the girls to see the “normalcy of problems, issues; that everyone has them and has had to overcome some challenge on their career journey.”
I really enjoyed our time together learned some things from the questions that the girls asked of myself and the other bloggers. In attendance were Freddy- O, The Shoe Game, Damzel in Distress, and Danielle Canada, also from Hip Hop Wired. Great to meet each of them and thanks Bonita for thinking of me! XOXO
