On Saturday, October 29th from 5pm to 11pm at Underground Atlanta come out to Elevate Carnival: The Greatest Halloween Show on Earth! This celebration will be the last night all Elevate / Art Above Underground artwork and performers will be on display and is FREE to the public.
Elevate Carnival will boast more than 20 acts with over 100 performances including fire breathers, stilt walkers, dancers, acrobats, aerialists, magicians and more! Underground Atlanta will transform into a colorful spotlight of daring performances and deceiving disguises resembling something seen only in dreams!
