Week Four …. Week Four ….. Week Four people what a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok Ladies in Dallas, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh , New York / New Jersey (Jets Fans) y’all thought I was playing when I said the terror level concerning your men would rise. We here at the Rucker Report feel an overwhelming obligation to our readers, therefore over the next couple of weeks we will start a free 1 800 helpline for you all. If the bad plays continue putting the teams play-off chances in jeopardy we will also look into having a fundraising event because you will need to move out the house or buy new TV’s , computers, smart phones, etc. Like I said last week the league has seen an influx in teams making comeback wins which makes for uplifting and demoralizing football.

With this in mind we’ll start with the Dallas Cowboys after a great comeback victory in week three against the Redskins they face the surprising Detroit Lions in front of their home crowd. In normal Cowboys fashion they started off the game great— even holding a 30 -17 lead going into the fourth quarter. The “It” or what Cowboys fans say, “He” happened …… Tony Romo had another meltdown leading to a 20 point comeback win by the Lions … yeah I said it the LIONS!!!!!!!! The Eagles or The Dream Team (Thanks Vince Young) limped into week four with a hurt—slash frustrated QB and more questions than answers on both sides of the ball. The Niners came in looking to establish themselves as a solid football team that could win their division this year with a winning record. Philly had a fast start firing on all cylinders and Vick showing little effect from his injuries taking a 20 – 3 lead into half time, but the second half was an entirely different story as the Niners cameback to take the lead. The Eagles had one more chance with the ball under two minutes with one of their top playmakers with the ball and what happens …. he fumbles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! C’mon Son in my Ed Lover voice. For the Steelers and the Jets it’s the same stories struggles on both sides on the ball and questions of where do we go from here? I’ll bet you money Mark Sanchez will never do this again……lmao.

On the other side we have had some great early season surprises like the Buffalo Bills, Tampa Bay Bucs (shout out to Jersey’s own Raheem Morris another good young African American NFL coach), San Diego Chargers who have finally started off the season ahead in the wins column and last but not least THE DETROIT LIONS…… yeah there undefeated and have a number of impressive comeback wins against top tier teams making them the darlings of the league right now. As usual the Pats, Saints, Falcons, Ravens , Giants and oh yeah the Packers (GO PACK GO) continue to put up solid and impressive performances. CNN reports that relationships in these areas are at an all time high with couples walking around holding hands , skipping down the street , sharing plates of spaghetti like Lady & The Tramp …etc.

In this weeks edition of “Say Word” I wanted to take the time to shout out the NFL and its players and coaches for its support of Breast Cancer with their Why Pink campaign which it’s players wear some form pink during all games. Please people continue to pay attention to your own personal health and urge friends and family alike to get tested so we can all lead and experience a full life God willing. I also want to take this time to shout out our President & First Lady on celebrating 19 years of marriage. Yes I know we can all get wrapped up in the fact of what a great example of black love & family they are but I also urge you to look at it as just example of love and what it takes to make it work year in and year out in a marriage, relationship, etc.
All in all another great week in must see TV til next week be easy ….. You’ve just read the Rucker Report.
