Last night in Piedmont Park 135 Street Agency hosted an end of the season BBQ and also a celebration to kick off the Bet Hip Hop Awards. The event was held at the Magnolia Hall inside the park. Over 300 industry elite from companies like MTV/VH1, BET, Hot 97, ESSENCE, The Clinton Foundation, NBA, NFL, the FBI, Universal Pictures etc attended this laid back event.
Sitting at the bloggers circle with Talking with Tami and a host of other great bloggers, I was able to get some great pics of the celebs as they strolled through the event taking pics with all of the fans as well as posing for the eager media!
In the park last night was Fonsworth Bentley, DJ Drama, Singer Ray J, Comedian Lil Duval, R&B Singer Dondria, da Brat (is it Da?), oh and lets not forget Talking with Tami, Freddy O, Atlien, and more… Check out some pics from the evening that was hosted by Fonsworth, in his “slippers” and the tunes were provided by DJ Drama and DJ Traci Steele.
