Vick and the Philadelphia Eagles agreed on a six-year contract on Monday that again makes the Pro Bowl quarterback one of the highest-paid players in the NFL, and whoever negotiated that deal is GENIUS!!! NFL players rarely get that kind of money! A source familiar with the negotiations told The Associated Press the deal is worth $100 million, including about $40 million guaranteed.
He led the Eagles to the NFC East title last year, was the starting quarterback in the Pro Bowl and was the AP Comeback Player of the Year.He filed for bankruptcy in 2008 and signed a one year deal with the Eagles in 2009. He moved into the starting position as QB last season and proved to the world he was supposed to be there.
