I was left wondering did she really like this outfit? Was it hanging on a rack in Macy’s or in a costume store?.. Neither?,,, Exactly! Maybe this is something she dreamed up and coun’t quite put it into words for the designer?.. I’m not sure, but Nicki do you girly!
