According to Yahoo, one of Atlanta’s Homes is a movie star! Right on West Paces Ferry you can find the once $25 million home (now $19.9 million) which was the site of “The Three Stooges” last week and is already recognized for its role in the 2009 film “Zombieland”, which I haven’t seen.

The mansion’s pool was featured in January on HGTV’s Million Dollar Rooms! This house really is amazing- it has 9 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The lot size is estimated between 2 and 3 acres, and was built in 2008.

From the website at Sotheby’s Atlanta Fine Homes: “Ideal for lavish entertaining, this private resort features seven full kitchens, two gyms, a ballroom, recording studio, hair salon, nail salon, wellness center, cigar room and a theater.” It also mentions the enormous “breath-taking courtyard pool” that caught the fancy of HGTV.

The home is considered a single-family home built for entertainment, said listing agent Mark Bhaggan with Sotheby’s Atlanta Fine Homes.

How beautiful is this?

I call ‘BINGO’ on that house!
