Jennifer Hudson is proving to be a very strong young woman. She faced the tragedy of losing her family head first, and now she is showing us all how to buckle down and get the weight off.

Jennifer told Oprah that she’s lost 80 lbs, using the Weight Watchers System. Amazing! Her WW’s leader Liz, didn’t want her to tell the amount of lbs because, you know we do. Sign up for WW solely because J Hud lost 80 lbs.

The most impressive thing to me, was hearing that she cooks all her own food. That’s the thing (who am I kidding, one of the things) that’s been a challenge for me. Cooking- prepping food, washing veggies, baking and grilling meat is a process.
I’m doing great with my daily water. But working out… I’ll save that for another post…. (I am going down though! Yay- me!)
