New on BET…

The Game was very near and dear to my heart back around 2007. I watch all of the episodes on first air, and I even caught the first and second round of reruns on its old channel as well as on BET.

Maybe a week or two ago, I was thinking am I really going to still be interested in The Game?. Do I care what happened to Melanie and Derwin! HELL YEAH, I do!

I was so caught up this weekend in the back to back episodes, I don’t think I watched anything else.
As I watched I had a different perspective this time around though. Before, I thought Melanie is so sweet, but no way would I take Derwin back.

But here we are, a few years later- and I was crying away when Melanie found out Jenay’s baby was his. I boo hooed at Melanie’s parents coming to the wedding. I thought wow, she really loves him to put her wedding on hold. I wanted to slap Tasha for being so spiteful, hooking Jason up with Stacy Dash. But I giggled every time she told someone what was in her trunk.

So, yes- I’m excited. Sucked in, and I cannot wait. 1.11.11-

BET is also offering a completely new comedy, Let’s Stay Together a show about different relationships. It has no huge names but these actors and actresses are all memorable. I’m excited about this one as well.
(SN: One of the stars RonReaco Lee, who played one of Joan Clayton’s boo’s (Sitcom Girlfriends), and in Madea goes to Jail, is also my ex! Yep! LOL… I mean I was all of 13 or 14 years old, but the fact remains he was my boo for all of 2 weeks! ATLiens- you have to remember Kids Beat that came on TBS back in the day. It was like little news tidbits for kids. Well that was him! YAY!…
