Freshly thrown across my desk, is an alternative shopping experience for the women of Atlanta on a budget, which I think is a great idea.
FashionENVY, a designer dress rental studio, makes it easier for women to keep new looks in their wardrobes by allowing them to rent designer cocktail dresses and evening gowns for a fraction of the cost. In addition to the dress rental, FashionENVY, hosts a seasonal event that encourages a “new- to- you” wardrobe.
I mean let’s face it. As soon as your picture is posted on ATLpics or FreddyO, your amazing top or dress has been seen by one third of Atlanta’s clubbing population. You definitely don’t want to be caught out at the next hot spot with the same attire on.
Because of the economy, women who shopped at boutiques and department stores are now forced to tighten their clothing budgets,” says Keren Charles, founder of FashionENVY. “While consignment and thrift stores are an option, they do not provide a fun, upscale shopping experience like we do.”
