  • Not too raunchy…

I was asked a question by a male reader of BGND that I felt warranted a response to all of my male readers.  He wanted to know why all of my brown boy post are usually missing their shirts and showing their goods, but my brown girl post the women are always modestly dressed? My answer is this (thinking to myself as I type):

  • TIP, just in time for Christmas…

According to the AJC, and @lilduval- Atlanta rapper Clifford “T.I.” Harris Jr., was released from prison Tuesday morning after serving about 7 months at a low-security penitentiary in Forrest City, Ark. He is expected to serve the remainder of a reduced sentence in a correctional center near Fulton County Airport (Dimas Charities Atlanta West).  See more at AJC.com Some people will speculate “Snitch”, but I think its all about his celebrity…

  • RIP Alaina Reed Hall-Amini

Hall-Amini was best known for her roles as Olivia, Gordon’s kid sister, on the long-running children’s television series Sesame Street, and Rose Lee Holloway on the NBC sitcom 227.

  • Brittany Murphy dies at 32…

Movie star Brittany Murphy is dead of a heart attack at 32.
She went into full cardiac arrest early Sunday  and could not be revived, the Website  TMZ reported.

  • No more Day26 for Que?

This all comes on the hills of Days 26 choosing to stay with Atlantic while Diddy himself will be releasing Last Train to Paris, as a signed artist with Interscope.

  • Parental Control? .. Or Not

How responsible are parents for their children’s actions? It’s a parent’s duty to raise a child to the best of their ability. To make sure they become upstanding and law abiding citizens in the community. But not all children listen and obey. Some are rebels, right? Or… are they?

  • Stop Playing with Trains

Please stop thinking you can make it under the bar before a train comes…

  • She doesn’t care…

Everyone cares… It’s human nature. It has to be worse for celebrities because for some reason people think they can be rude and judgemental towards the actions of famed ones. See  RiRi’s almost nude GQ Cover
