Not too raunchy…

I was asked a question by a male reader of BGND that I felt warranted a response to all of my male readers.  He wanted to know why all of my brown boy post are usually missing their shirts and showing their goods, but my brown girl post the women are always modestly dressed? My answer is this (thinking to myself as I type):

I think being a woman I don’t want to exploit them (women). Its the fact that a woman’s body is sacred. Her feminine body parts shouldn’t be exposed and plastered all over the web. Little boys are allowed to walk around shirtless during sports activities and outdoor work. We don’t hold a man’s chest in the same sacred regard as we do a woman.

So am I willing to exploit a man (I think it’s different)? I don’t feel its exploitation, to be honest. Although it is a sexy part on a man, it, is equivalent to thighs for a woman. No one will change the rating of their movie if a man’s chest is shown.

Just like the made for tv movies. We will see a chest of a man, maybe some short shorts on a woman but never the goods and I think its a fine line between tasteful and raunchy. But for the boys and men- I will work on the brown girls… She is going to be tasteful though.  So I would post this…
