  • Oprah talks to Chris Rock about the Creamy Crack…

Oprah flips and flops her hair for Chris to prove that she has no weave, tracks, or fake hair hidden. Oprah was saying that most black women, especially the last few generations have struggled with their hair. She put up a picture of herself when she was a small child with pigtails and Chris Rock said she was still a slave back then! Hilarious. Her next photo was a little neater and longer ponytails he told her that was when [...]

  • Are you retrosexual?…

    thought thursday…

A twitter alert I received moments ago from Ryan Cameron asked if any of his listeners were Retrosexual. I tuned into V-103 to listen to the callers responses.
Retrosexual is explained as a person who reaches into their past to reconnect with an old flame and then starts a romantic relationship again. I guess I am Retrosexual, because I have been known to re date someone from the past.

I lived in Decatur, GA for more than half my life. My middle- class and rather close family consisted of my mother and father and an older brother. I was and still am [...]

  • when are we scheduled to arrive on the moon…

    wardrobe wednesday…

I’m not against going to the moon I just don’t know if my wardrobe is adequate. Some of these outfits are cute, but really? Is this where we are headed? Individuality is a must people and every look isn’t for the streets.
