So as you guys know, this weight loss is a lifelong struggle of mine, but I am trying my best to get back stay on the wagon. Seriously, my addiction to food feels worse than a drug addicts addiction. Anywho, the reason for this post is to update my week 2 of weight loss and share my trials and tribulations.

I think I’m back folks. I had a great first week. Yes, hopefully my last first week, because Lord knows I’ve had plenty. But, this time, for the first time in a long while I stayed the course for an entire week!!!! YAY!  I stayed the course and I didn’t over indulge. I stuck with 98% of home cooked meals and I drank at least the minimum 64 suggested ounces of water daily. Below you can find a few of my meals for the week, including my carb conscious pizza, my chicken quesadilla  and a couple breakfast items.Come inside to see if I lost any weight.

First Trailer for Whitney Houston Lifetime Movie

Although the Aaliyah movie was a bust in my humble opinion the new trailer for Whitney has me feeling hopeful.  Actually, I’m kinda excited. I absolutely love the singer and I am hoping Angela Bassett was able to really tell this story. I’m disappointed that the songs were not approved even though Deborah Cox, a phenomenal singer, isn’t quite the same as WH. (more…)

Oh yeah baby, I really feel like I’m getting there. LOL. Sure it’s only been 3 and a half days, but I’m feeling good. Now grant it, this big behind has NOT yet been in anyone’s gym- but I am definitely eating well. And didn’t I read that only 30% of weight loss was exercise? Well, I’ll research more, but for now you can view my meals today.
